Chris is motivated by providing cost-effective technical solutions to help organizations run smoothly, efficiently, and stay ahead of the competition. Chris shares a dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and focusing.
Chris has 22 years of technical experience, and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. He serves on the committee boards for the Riverside Chamber of Commerce and helps international students at UCR.
Matt Irving
Co-Founder and Consultant
With 20+ years of technical expertise and leadership, Matt is passionate about solving business problems with technical solutions. The guiding principle behind Matt’s leadership is to provide amazing customer service along with professional technical expertise.
Matt is active in the community, the Chamber of Commerce, and at UCR and CBU. In his free time he loves to golf, fish, and snowboard with his family. He has a BS in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Sarah Sorto
Office Administrator
Sarah is here to help the office staff get things done right and on time. She loves taking on challenges and learning new things. Sarah joined SystemGo IT with 9 years of Agricultural experience working with turkeys. She has a BS in Biology and a MS in Poultry Science. Outside of work Sarah loves traveling, all things outdoors, and coffee.
Rochelle Romero
Operations Manager
Rochelle joined SystemGo with several years of experience in customer service and organizational skills that make a great fit for project management. She enjoys solving problems and helping clients understand their phone systems. Rochelle received her B.A. in Intercultural Studies from California Baptist University after moving to Riverside. Originally from Montana, she enjoys everything to do with the mountains minus the snow. She enjoys spending time in National Parks, hiking, and drinking coffee with friends.
Trevor Loflin
Sr. Developer
Trevor leads the development team at SystemGo. He is a full-stack developer with over a decade of experience in web, app, and database development. Trevor’s skill set includes ASP.Net, React, C#, PHP, SQL Server and MySQL, GitHub/source control, and dev ops. Trevor has a B.S. in Physics, is a master of trivia games, and got a perfect score on his SAT, which we never let him forget.
Nate Padilla
Help Desk Manager
Nate brings nearly a decade of experience in the IT Help Desk sector to the SystemGo Team. Leading our Help Desk, he prioritizes efficiency, devises long-term solutions, and ensures every customer concludes their ticket with a smile. Outside of work, Nate finds joy in brewing beer, exploring culinary delights, and cherishing moments with loved ones.
Jonathon Johnson
Technical Engineer
Jon is fairly new to IT and eager to learn new ways of using technology to solve problems. When he’s not solving problems he is spending time with his family, skateboarding, finding new trails to ride, and dabbling in the stock market. He has graduated from Kaplan University with an A.S. in Information Technology and is working towards his B.S. in Cyber Security and Information Assurance.
Dillon Yates
Technical Engineer
Dillon has been in IT for a little over 4 years and has been in customer service for 9+ years. He enjoys learning and further developing his technical skill set. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and his dog Laszlo. He and his wife both love sports, so they try to get to as many sporting events as they can.
Angel Sandoval
Technical Engineer
Angel has 6 years of experience working in the IT industry focusing on technical support and system administration and finds the problem solving aspect of computer systems extremely fascinating. As an Inland Empire native, Angel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, weightlifting and traveling with his current goal to visit all 50 states of the US.
Josh Romero
Technical Engineer
Josh has been working in customer service and technical support for over 9 years. In this time he has developed great communication and troubleshooting skills which he applies to every project he is involved with.
Josh attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood CA where he studied audio engineering and now works freelance engineering and mixing all kinds of music. In his free time he enjoys working on cars, riding his motorcycle and playing drums.
Brandon Garrison
Technical Engineer
Brandon has only a year in IT experience, but really started to grow a passion for everything tech related during that time. He loves helping people out and troubleshooting tech related issues, leaving people happy when everything is fixed. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend or playing videogames with his childhood friends.
Brian Valerio
Business Account Manager
Brian is using his 17 years of telecommunications experience to help the One Talk Team grow by leaps and bounds here at SystemGo IT. As part of the Business Development team, he’s dedicated to making sure we provide you with the best solutions that meet your business needs. Most recently, he finished a full stack Data Science and Visualization course at UCSD Extension in San Diego. Brian loves spending time with his family. His favorite places to vacation are Hawaii and Cancun in Mexico. He also collects Funko Pop vinyl figures and is an avid craft beer drinker!
Jon Harmon
Telecom Supervisor
With a long background in education and customer service, Jon enjoys helping people find solutions. When not at work, Jon likes to unwind with family, play with his dogs and explore new streams to fish.
Jose Figueroa
Senior Telecom Specialist
Jose graduated from good old UC Riverside back in 2014. He is a Project Manager for the tele communication specialist team by day and an outgoing, thrill seeking, hiker/racquetballer/pasta maker/waterfall chaser/star gazer/adventure seeker by night. His biggest aim in life is becoming a dad. He loves hanging out with his church community any chance he gets, especially at YardHouse!

Brandon joined SystemGo IT with a background in project management and a love for all things IT. He is committed to providing great customer service and going above and beyond! He graduated with a bachelors degree from California Baptist University and is currently pursuing a MBA. In his free time, he enjoys trying new food, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his lovely wife and their two dogs.
Tracey Christensen
Project Manager
Tracey, a former lawyer with a background in education, law enforcement, and manufacturing, comes to SystemGo IT from her most recent career as a life coach and personal assistant to three minor humans. She also volunteers with Scouts BSA, tutors struggling middle-schoolers in math, and is active in her church. She’s helped all kinds of people solve almost every kind of problem and is happy to bring that experience to her work. In her free time, she likes to write, read, and explore North Idaho, where she lives with her family and the world’s best dog.
Ashley Crandall
Office Administrator
Ashley joins us with 10 plus years of customer service experience under her belt. She’s eager, dedicated, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for everyone. Her friends and co workers have described her as the life of the party, a hard worker, very random, and can quote most movies at the drop of a hat. When she’s not working she is heavily invested in the youth program at her church, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family dancing and going on adventures.

With 5 years of customer service experience, Melia has joined the SystemGo IT team to connect and help clients while keeping a big smile on her face! She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s in Business with the hope to create her own business one day. Outside of work and school, she loves to hangout with her friends and family every chance she gets. She also believes she is the biggest comedian, so watch out for her corny dad jokes!

I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and in project management for a combined 3 years. I love to spend my off time with my family indulging in gaming, food, and the outdoors. When I’m not solving a puzzle you can usually find me enjoying a good burger or some delicious street tacos. I’m always tackling puzzles however they come. I love solving problems and finding the perfect solution. I’m excited to get to know you as a client, business and partner.

Matthew Fox has 11 years of IT experience. He is a devoted husband to Rena and a loving father to his children Maya and Melanie. An avid enthusiast of disc golf, video games, and RPGs like DnD. He is also a keen reader of business and management books, constantly seeking to enhance his knowledge and skills.
